Cleanroom monitoring

Depending on the cleanroom class, certain limit values regarding temperature, humidity, CO2 content or pressure must always be observed in cleanrooms. So-called clean room panels are often used to keep track of the various measurement parameters at all times. Depending on the application, different measuring modules can be integrated and displayed on the panel. At the same time, the values can be fed to a higher-level control system via a digital interface so that the individual room parameters can be monitored centrally.
