FSM AG | Pressure Calibrators

The DPC measures and generates pressure and can therefore be used as a pressure measurement device or as a test and calibration device for pressure sensors and pressure switches. An integrated lithium-ion battery makes the DPC the perfect companion for mobile calibration tasks. It is therefore no longer necessary to disassemble the systems for calibration, thus speeding up the calibration process and reducing associated costs to a minimum.

Programmable pressure profiles enable the automation of individual calibration processes. By selecting between four measurement ranges, the calibrator can be perfectly adapted to the device being tested. In addition to offering maximum convenience, the DPC also has an extremely low measurement uncertainty and great long-term stability.

Application

Various quality management standards call for the regular calibration and monitoring of testing and measuring equipment. It is crucial for the user to use as precise a reference as possible in order to keep the measurement uncertainty during the calibration procedure as low as possible. At the same time, the downtime of the measuring instruments to be calibrated must be kept low. The pressure calibrator DPC offers both: a high-precision measuring system and fast control, which can be automated via individually programmable test sequences.
